For the left camshaft timing chain drive c
The valve insert must be replaced with every tire change.
Metal valve and wheel electronics can be reused.
- Let air out of tire by removing the valve insert.
Note
Be careful not to scratch off the glued- on wheel trim on
these rims.
The surface of the wheel trim is very sensitive.
To complete the procedure, a second technician is required to be at the
following position.
Removing
- Remove the headliner. Refer to
→ Body Interior; Rep. Gr.70; Roof Trim Panels; Headliner,
Removing and Installing.
- Disconnect the connector -1-
from the Power Sun
